Meeting format is changing. Regular meetings are expected to last from 7:30 - 9:00 pm. Each week, a patrol is assigned to setup the meeting space. The patrol should arrive at 7:15 and prepare the meeting space for the meeting for the evening, including setting up flags.

The meeting is expected to begin promptly at 7:30 with an opening ceremony. Patrol corners may or may not be held, depending on the particular evening. The program will then occur until shortly before 8:30, at which time announcements and a formal closing will happen. Then, patrol and individual Scout business will be conducted until 9:00 pm, including arranging for tentmates for camping trips, working on menus, etc. Individuals can arrange for Scoutmaster conferences and work with merit badge counselors. Those who do not have specific business during this time do not need to remain until 9:00 pm.
